You may update or access your personal information you provide by going to the "My Account" (http://www.rsthomas.net/catalog/account.php) link on this website at any time.  For security measures, in order to protect your information, you must first enter your user name and password before you can make any changes to your user profile.  When you update your user profile, your new information will be immediately updated.  There are areas in which you can browse on the RST Website without giving us personal information.  However, there are certain elective areas of the RST Website, where, prior to entry, you will be asked for personal information to correspond with you, provide service and support, present a more personalized experience as you navigate the sites, process your orders, or supply you with requested information.  The RST Website may ask for the following information: user’s first and last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number to allow access to the RST Website.  Additional information, such as credit card and other billing data, may be required to process on-line payment for products and services.

Unless R. S. Thomas has your permission or is required by law, R. S. Thomas will not sell, rent, lease or otherwise provide your personal information to others from ways different than stated in this privacy statement.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk.  When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to user information.  Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
